Manuel De Jesús Rodríguez, better known as Don Chuy started to work in various taco shops after migrating with his family to San Diego in the 80's for the second time. Following another move to Arizona and 10 years in the industry, he moved to Las Vegas where he eventually opened up Don Chuy Mexican Grill in 2016. After four years of building the name, the business was handed down to his youngest daughter Yazmin and her husband Anthony. Our mission is to serve customers quality they can taste. Our goal is to establish a strong name for our brand with excellent service to all.
